Combining insights from psychology, neuroscience, history, leadership, governance, and strategy, his work explores how families, institutions, and cultures shape human development across generations. His books seek to bridge the gap between private family life and the broader forces that influence civilization.

Nam serves as a Senior Strategic Advisor at Desjardins, where he works on strategic initiatives, governance, performance, and organizational transformation. He also serves on the Board of Directors of the CISSS de la Montérégie-Ouest, contributing to governance in healthcare and social services.

His books include Raising Future Leaders, Raising Genius: Mozart, Einstein, Jobs — The Price of Brilliance, Perfect Parents Don’t Exist, and KIN: Childhood, Parenting, and the Making of Civilization.

He lives near Montréal, Quebec, with his family.
